The Ghent University Botanical garden together with the Belgian Hydrangea Society organise the first International Hydrangea Conference from 16 to 19 August 2007. Speakers and participants will represent at last 15 countries from 4 different continents. On 16 august participants are invited to a guided tour of the Belgian Hydrangea Society's Collection (Destelbergen) and of the Arboretum Kalmthout. In Kalmthout focus is on the selections of Mrs J. De. Belder. The conference finishes whit a trip to the Shamrock Hydrangea.
